This policy explains what Capttiv collects and why.

What we collect

Account details for store staff (name, e-mail, phone), the business records each store enters, and technical logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses used for security.

How it’s used

To run the service, keep it secure, and contact store owners about their account. We don’t sell personal data or use store data for advertising.

Who can see it

Each store’s data is visible only to that store’s authorised staff and, for support and security, to Capttiv administrators, whose access is logged.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by contacting us.
